Arrival Policy — Day Students

Entry into school is through the main gate, staffed by security personnel. Teachers on duty screen and admit students from 7:30 a.m., Monday to Friday. Students arriving before 7:30 a.m. are supervised in the playground area by trained staff.

Departure Policy — Day Students

Day students may leave the premises from 2:45 p.m. under a supervised arrangement. Parents/guardians must sign students out during and after school hours. Any arrangement different from standard pickup times should be communicated to the school by phone or message in advance.

Unplanned or emergency pickups: If someone arrives to collect a child outside the planned arrangement, they will be asked to wait outside or be accompanied to the school office. Staff will confirm the child's name and the collector's identity, and call the parent/guardian to verify before releasing the child.

Safety is everyone's responsibility. Please inform the school of any concern relating to: bullying, child sexual exploitation, forced marriage, honour-based abuse, domestic abuse, racist incidents, online safety/cybercrime, allegations of abuse, or the sharing of explicit images.
